Everyone I dealt with (CJ, front desk, courtesy driver) was friendly and very helpful. I received at least one status update every day. The work was completed on schedule and looked and drove great after I got my Tacoma back after repair work was completed. I definitely recommend Frank's Auto Body Shop.
