Repair process and results were vey good, But Items were missing from the car. A CarPlay Bluetooth USB. They found it and retuned it - Not sure why was removed.

The paint job has orange peel and several large runs and the back window goes up and down without the switch. It's been getting stuck.

Took here per recommendation from Audi directly, due to a window broken and paint damaged from a auto them from our vehicle . We were advised quickly of what is needed and repairs timing due to parts ordering. Mr Shelby via assigned to repair over look , about 7 days later ,called and advised vehicle was finished and ready for pick up. Apon arrival to pick up my car, there was obviously still damage to door that was to be repaired . As I quote from service manager "yes a saw that, sorry." As we looked over vehicle the was obvious still damage to passenger side door with damage that was never address . We took vehicle back for the concerned and clearly advised repairs. Some repairs where done and some where told " we can't fixed that". Supreme not happy and now have to find a new vendor to correct window tint that was repaired when door glass was replaced. Super not happy at all.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Gerber collision. Shelby explained everything as it would be, and it was. He was so prompt on the turnaround time that he gave me which never happens in this business! The whole staff was great in the car was delivered because it was too difficult to go get it and they really saved us. Car looks beautiful! Truly a a great and rare experience
