Josh was my saving grace, he is kind, professional, he when out of his way to help me personally with my car when I could not start it. The work on my Benz was exceptionally good. Franks has been around for over 40 years. Quality has always been exceptional. With new ownership I'm not satisfied and won't recommend the Silver Wolf location.

Body work was good, customer service was lacking. They failed to attach my battery and cracked the connector cable to the battery. Issue was resolved but they are not the quality of work that they used to be. My understanding is the business has recently sold. I will not go to them again even tho I had used this shop many years ago.
