Customer service was great! I got updates on my vehicle and it was done much quicker than I would’ve thought. My only suggestion is to have an earlier update for pick up time day of so I could’ve returned my rental car. I picked up my vehicle at 4:45 because they told us at 4p that it would be ready, so it really didn’t give me time to return my rental after. It would’ve been nice to know that it would be ready towards the end of the day so I could take care of the rental prior.

My only problem was that the car was supposed to be road tested but when we picked it up the hood closure sensor was not installed. We are waiting for the part. Car looked great! Would recommend to others.

Everything my vehicle comes to Franks Autobody. It always looks beautiful when finished. Never ever have I had any problems. The service people. The person out the front all are very professional. Good place when you have had a bad experience with your car.
