Considering I live in Newport Beach, I was hoping the drive would be worth it. However, with the problems noted, I may only recommend if someone needs a San Clemente shop.

I couldn't be more pleased - I can definitely say that everyone I spoke to at Franks went above and beyond - Vicky was great - following up via email after calling to schedule my estimate appointment AND when I called in hysterics about not being able to reach my agent to get a rental car totally went out of her way to get me all set up - Rob was wonderful when I brought it in and kept me updated as to the status via phone and email and the team even went so far as to clean the inside of my car windows where the kids had decided to play tic tac toe on the glass. Blown away. Truly.

Rob and Vicki were courteous and Rib was very knowledgable regarding the type and availability of replacement parts for our car. The only breakdown in service was the continuous delay in completion of the job. A one week job turned into 18 days, always a promise of two or three more days. Very expensive rental time .
