I live in NC but work in Columbus GA on a work contract. We had a massive back tire blow out that caused significant damage. Since I don't live here I didnt know any trusted places to take the vehicle for repair. I decided to go with Frank's since they are Allstate preferred. Jerry was very helpful and was even able to get it down before our trip back to NC. I had an issue getting a insurance paid rent a car since it was sent to enterprise in NC, the secretary took the time to call to get it worked out. I doubt most places would have done the same.
