What an amazing experience. From the beginning to the end, communication was excellent and exploration of services and expectations were above and beyond. Speaking to the team was like speaking to a long time friend - comfortable and knew my car would be in caring hands. Keep up the great work as there is nothing I would recommend to change. Love the small town feel and casual conversations I’ve had. But more importantly, how the team took care of my daughter as she is coming into adulthood. We are not from the area and if we were, Frank’s Collision of AL would be our home for our needs. Keep up the great work and it was a pleasure working with you.

I wish there was a score higher than 10! “Satisfied” doesn’t properly describe the superior work and communication from Frank’s. They were extremely communicative, honest, and did superb work. We mainly communicated with John and Chelsea. We really appreciated their kindness towards us.

From dropping our car off, to picking it up, Franks took care of us every step of the way. I tremendously appreciate how the insurance was totally taken care of after the accident, all aspects of the process were explained during the walk around before handing the keys over, then daily check- ins to let us know exactly what was in motion and what to expect with the next step. Every last detail was carefully handled and wrapped up right down to the last minute of picking up our car. When the rental service dropped me off, my car was waiting right up front. She looked new! Thank you to the team who not only washed, but cleaned and vacuumed her. She seemed new from the inside-out!!
