The car was repaired like new. The customer service was nothing less than exceptional. This was my daughter’s car who is at school there. I’m located out of state and they kept me informed throughout the entire process making it easy to track status and update my daughter on the cars progress.

You all were absolutely incredible. Such kind and welcoming people. Chelsea is such a light from the moment you walk in. She is always smiling and just so kind. John was extremely nice in explaining the repairs to my car and walked me through each step with pictures. He was also so friendly and smiling. I was blown away by how my car being so cared for. The fact that y’all take the time to wash and vacuum made me feel so cared for. I have already recommended Frank’s Collision Center to each of my friends and just cannot stop talking about how incredible, easy, fast this experience was. I also appreciated the constant communication and updates on my car process. This is seriously the best place I could have taken my car. I am so so grateful. I am telling everyone I can to come here for any repairs. Thank you so much.

There are not enough words to express the level of my satisfaction with Frank’s Collision. With tears welling up in their eyes (mine too if I’m being honest), my wife and daughter were overwhelmed when they saw the outstanding repair work to the front bumper+. We were even more overwhelmed and humbled over the thorough detail work Frank personally exerted over the car’s exterior and interior. What a quintessential example of a real man who takes great pride in his work! I didn’t deserve such royal treatment! But it makes me understand more deeply how undeserving I am of God’s love and mercy.
