I had a fantastic experience with my Mazda repair from Frank’s Collision Center of Alabama! PJ was awesome & kept me informed every step of the way. His customer service, expertise, & ability to be personable really made the fact that my car needed a repair go so smoothly. He does an amazing job & I can tell he truly cares about his job and his clients. He deserves to be recognized for this, Frank’s Collision is lucky to have him. Chelsea made the estimate & drop off such a breeze & is another amazing employee! She was so friendly, bubbly, personable, & I can tell she truly cares about the client as well. They made a very inconvenient situation (a car repair due to an accident) such a breeze. I would work with them again in a heart beat but hope I don’t have to just for the sake of my driving record, LOL. Frank’s is so lucky to have them both. The other people on the team that worked on my Mazda did an outstanding job! I wish I could have met & thanked you all personally. I couldn’t be happier with how my Mazda looks, inside & out. PJ was so nice and polite and always seems genuinely concerned to please but always brought information straight forward no cover ups in what could and could not be done. Always kept me updated on my car’s. status and even had my car cleaned out on the inside looking brand new when I picked it up! Thank you for restoring my car back to looking and running great again!!!

PJ and Chelsea went over and above, and that is putting it lightly. They were kind, courteous, communicated with us throughout the process, and spent their own personal time to acquire the parts that were needed in order to fix our car. I cannot thank them enough for what they did to repair our car and it was done to perfection!! I will recommend you to everyone!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from PJ and Chelsea at Frank’s Collision Center. They went above and beyond to get our car repaired, spending countless hours searching for the right parts and even using their personal time to ensure the job was completed. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. Even when faced with challenges beyond their control, they handled everything with professionalism and grace, always keeping us informed. This was, hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any company.
