Every thought is amazing. It was fast, efficient, and amazing work. Poor Amy even had to deal with me crying in the lobby and she was great! I LOVE the constant updates.

I normally don’t like to do surveys but I am pleased to complete this one. Amy was helpful and accommodating at the same time. The company helped me when they did not have to. My problem was fixed the same day and I was charged a more than fair price. This was my first time but not my last. I just want to say that Amy was amazing throughout my entire experience with Frank’s collision. I never once had to call and ask questions because she relayed everything to me every step of the way. I felt like she worked both with me and for me when it came to dealing with the repairs with my insurance agency. I have nothing but good things to say. My car came back to me looking brand new. It was even detailed both inside and out. I will most definitely be referring people.
