Just that I expected friendlier service from the staff. One lady, blk lady was very angry. She didn’t want to help at all. They leave your keys on the tire of the truck and it was raining I needed a key off it and I had to go and retrieve the key in the rain and then it was inside all along. I don’t think that is very precessional.

At this point with three trips to get it fixed right

It has to come back for the third time to get the front drivers side fender straightened to the body.

As far as the management side of things stepping up taking care of the issues we’ve had it’s been great. Mechanics in the shop rushing fixing the body and now a third trip back after paying two deductibles for the same accident is terrible.

The repair job was amazing my car looked and functioned just as well as it did before the collision, my only complaint is there were little scratches left on my driver door handle that were definitely not there before I brought it in. That was a little disappointing. Besides that the staff was great, kept me updated, was very professional but still warm and friendly, and the guys got the job done fairly quickly. I appreciate them getting me back on the road in my fully functioning vehicle in a timely manner. Also they took care of the insurance claim seamlessly so I had no issues with payment which was wonderful. Great job Frank’s Collision!
