Great customer service. Great work on the hood and mirror that were repaired. But, it seems there is this soap or wax residue all over the car that I can’t get off of it.

Was promised I could see stone chips from certain angles and the front edge of the hood would be totally repaired. I can see stone chips no matter which way I look and the front edge is still horrible. Also me as the customer took off parts of the car and reinstalled parts. Frederick auto body only painted the parts. When they quoted book time, that is time for them to take apart and put back together which they did not have too. They had 8 hours to prep a hood and bumper and it looks like they used 3.
