Every time I stopped in or called, the people were friendly and helpful. As a single older woman, the people at other auto shops have been rude and dismissive. I did not experience that treatment at Frederick Auto.

I can't say enough about how much, Kevin, the owner went out of his way to work with the insurance company and the father (whose daughter ran into me). It was extremely difficult and frustrating to get everything sorted out. Kevin never lost his patience or good humor working through this complicated process.
