My car looks wonderful I really appreciate the hard work that was put into it. The only thing I would change is the automated system that emails our car updates. I hate that I was given one date and everything was “fine” and on schedule when it really wasn’t. It took another 2 weeks, which is fine, but a phone call or something would have been nice to tell me otherwise. It was kind of hard to take off work multiple times when my car wasn’t even completed like I was lying to my job. Other than phenomenal job!!

I cannot find where the work was done! I looked at it in the sunlight and I cannot find where the paint is different! I am SO IMPRESSED with how well the work is blended. Thank you very much! My brand new van looks like it never had any damage. I would also swear you called Kia and got the matching paint! :)

After the work was completed and I had my vehicle back, I kept receiving messages staE ting that I could pick up my vehicle, the estimate on the repair, and the like. Even thou the customer service representative says that those are automatic messages from the computer, it should not happen. FIX it on the computer so it does not happen again.
