The experience was very professional from the time I called to schedule my appointment until the end of service. The energy of the staff and Kevin who assisted me throughout the entire process was excellent. My car was completed in a week time which was amazing considering the amount of cars I saw in the lot. Frederick Auto Body did a wonderful job continue to keep up the excellence and the great customer service.
