I haven't had a chance to really check it out well. But from what I have seen, it looks perfect. I was worried the red paint wouldn't match completely, and I believe it does!

I will tell how well of a job they did but will also include that not all parts were replaced and that I will have to take it back again and this takes time from me. This isn't only going to take more time but gas and it should have been done correctly the first time.

Not all parts that were damaged were replaced. I made a call two day ago and still have not received a call back to discuss the issue.

Found scratch on repaired fender that extended through the paint. Was probably covered by the tire transfer that struck the car. Unsure why this was not discovered when car was inspected after repair was completed or when it was washed. Jett was very concerned that this was not recognized before we picked car up and assured us that all would be made right. Also had issue with safety sensor in front bumper not functioning properly as it did not alarm when getting to close to object. Again Jett was quick to say it would be taken care of. Will return car on 6/19 to have these issues resolved.

The customer service is excellent, employees are knowledgeable, professional and listen carefully to clients, shop and office are pristine - all reflective of top notch management. At final inspection we found a small overlooked chip in the paint and our technician was mortified, immediately making an appointment for is to return for it’s repair. Excellence is not about never making a mistake. It is about how you handle its discovery.

Fred's auto shop replaced my led display for the climate control on the 2025 Toyota grand highlander. They quoted me that it would take 2 days, it was done in about 1 day. I had barely had the rental car for less than 24 hours.

From start to finish, Fred's has been amazing!! So nice and friendly, great communication and repairs look great! My car was so clean and beautiful when I picked it up and I loved that I could just leave the rental car there.
