I made an appointment for Monday morning, but I was going out of town the week before, so I was hopeful of getting my car worked on while I was out of town. They were able to accommodate me sooner and even finished my car before my would be appointment. The whole process was quick and the staff was friendly. Jett calling the rental car company on my behalf (because they. were not there), I was just going to wait, was definitely a positive mark to their customer service.
