My only issue is several times. I told them my name is Celeste not nelia. If your partner is on the same insurance as you, the mix-up will continue to happen even after you have asked for it to be remedied.

Got into an accident when someone ran a red light. Fred's Body Shop is AAA certified and guarantee their parts. I was able to get my car done in just 4 days. They matched the paint right, got a new front bumper, lights and hood. They did a great job and gave updates on a website.

Fred's did a great job on the repair. You wouldn't know there had ever been a scrape on the vehicle. They even cleaned the interior of my car, notably the driver's side floor. (I live down a gravel road.)
