It would be very hard for me to give a rating when Fred’s body shop didn’t do the work on my car. In fact the paperwork I received had someone else’s name and car description attached to it. Never even got a Hello from anyone when I went to pick up my car which I feel should have been delivered back to my house if the towing was made from Harpers. I’m even question if it actually went to harpers since I called about a work order and didn’t receive one from them and was supposed to get a call back but they never called . This has been a very upsetting experience Carol Porter 2012 Ford Fusion
