Customer experience was great the ladies at the front desk were always friendly accommodating really appreciate the good attention and service. Paul was so great to work with he really is a great asset to your team. Paul right of the bat had great energy was very friendly personable which made me feel at ease and assured I made the right choice coming to freeman. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and when I followed up with him about my car and expressed to him the urgency I had to get my car sooner than later due to a work travel coming up he made it happen. I really appreciate the prompt service and great experience during dealing with such an inconvenient accident. I will definitely recommend to family and friends to go to freeman specifically to see Paul . Thank you Paul .
