My car was delivered in the rain with a warning light on about low tire pressure. My friend who drove the car is 75 & was very nervous. Also some logo decals weren’t replaced and I was told they would be as they were part of a part that was replaced!

When I received my car I found the the hood on the passenger right hand side was not flush with the rest of the car as it should be, as well my passenger window worked perfectly fine when I brought my vehicle in but is not working now. I spoke with Nick Klause who was helpful, about the hood and he said we would discuss setting up a time to get it fixed next week. but this is unprofessional as a business to not have caught this in the first place and cause more of a hassle on my end.

Anytime a customer has to go back to get something fixed that should have been fixed in the first place it's hard to want to recommend, compensation for my time and energy spent to get my car retaken care of would be high motivation to recommend this business to friends.
