No notice was given when my vehicle was not going to be finished by the estimated date. I called in on due date and was told I would get a call back later that afternoon. Call back did not happen and I had to call back on Monday to get status. I understand delays happen which is fine, but timely notification can help us plan around not having our main vehicle.

I’m happy with how the paint on on the passenger side door matches the rest of the car. However, even after taking my car back to get the handle to work and open the door, it does not. Even worse, when you lower the passenger side window all the way down, the door unlocks and has flown open!

I appreciate how quickly you took the car in. However I can’t believe you would let a car leave the lot when the door handle does not work and the door flys open when you lower the window all of the way down!
