Who ever worked on this had dropped something heavy on my rear drivers side door sill and put a dent in it !!!! I will hire a attorney or it will be fixed without body filler

Paid extra for them to repair a door ding and it looks the same. If I knew paying $ 100 dollars wasn’t going to completely repair the door ding I would have kept my 100 and left the door ding since it looks the same. I normally don’t complain about these things but this also happened when I bought my car there for another repair. Now I will be paying another company to repair the door ding again.
