They failed to update me on the progress of my vehicle as parts arrived damaged. I had to call for updates. Also a scheduled recall was not performed while the vehicle was onsite for over a month.

I sat for a half hour waiting for my rental car to get there.when I call the rental company they told me they just got off the phone with them. And that was after I went to the counter to ask if they called. So you guys never called until I went back and asked.
