It was an out of state accident (Florida) and I wanted to have car repaired in Grand Haven. Beth handled everything including car rental reseervation and damage payment though other drivers insurance. Not to mention the repair...when I got my car back in less than a week, I thought it was a new car...fully detailed. Car looked like it came off of the showroom floor. Can't say enough good about this experience. And...Fritz' charges were less than any others in Grand Haven. Thumbs up!

Fritz made our experience completely seamless after our little fender bender. They quickly inspected the damage, scheduled the repairs, and worked with our insurance carrier. They completed work in an expert and timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for any auto body needs you have.
