The repair quality was impeccable and immaculate. It does not appear that Frontier Collision skimped on any part and acquired the best they could with the estimate they provided/were allowed.

Frontier allowed me to book the day after the car accident,put me in a loaner so I could return home to DC immediately. They also gave me the time to return to NY in a time frame best suited to my work schedule. Staff was always friendly and did the very best to accommodate my needs as an out of towner.

I had to return to this repair shop twice since they called me to pick up the vehicle. When I initially picked up the vehicle, I was informed that it was re-inspected by Geico?s representative to ensure the repairs were completed properly and was given the Lifetime Warrantee. After picking up the vehicle, the spare tire was allegedly not tightened as it should be which is odd since I was told it was re-inspected. How well was the car inspected if the spare tire was not bolted in? After I brought the vehicle back to have same tightened, I noticed there were still scratches in the rear of the vehicle which were causally related to the accident. Additionally, my vehicle was a brand new car (2015 with only 1000 miles at the time) and I was given an aftermarket part, which I was told it was Geico's policy to do same. I also do not feel that the car drives/sounds the same anymore, which is a shame because I just leased the vehicle at the end of last year. I am very dissatisfied with the work conducted by this repair facility and would never return nor recommend anyone to go there, unless it was for Enterprise.
