I will begin by saying I just got lucky the Geico deals with Manhasset Coliseum !! I found Manhasset Collision to run an excellent high end repair shop. They are set up with a big clean office( not like Ddirty chop shop) . They are with just as beautiful exterior with white brick big building Interior they have a area with a computer and desk to weld your car All the way in the back is a giant area where they paint your car with many sprayers coming from the wall and ceiling The manager who I dealt with was Steven. He was always calm and offered complete clarity of each situation that had to be done to my vehicle. I came in with a rear door with a hit that caused a whole and side panel scratched through the metal and tire and rim rubbed away with the bumper with a whole in it. My door was not fixed, it was replaced with a new one. My panel was cut and welded to factories directions, my rear bumper was replaced with a new, tire, my rim was fixed. Everything was explained into detail to me. Nothing was hidden. I love dealing with people who are honest. The other part of this deal is there was a slight glitch with my alignment after my car was returned. It happened I called them Sunday morning 8:30am and the other manger , Joe came out to my home . He took my car and gave me a car to use . By Monday morning.my car was returned after a test drive found it perfectl I have already recommended Manhasset collision to my neighbor who also got in an accident and did not have a shop. She would trust yet. She saw my car and how they cleaned it and detail the cleaning and how beautiful every joint lined up and how the paint matched and every inch of the car look beautiful it was like a brand new car. She told me she was going to go in the house and call them and use them. it is always easy to recommend someone you truly believe in and I truly believe Manhasset collision does things absolutely the right way with an excellent attitude Clean shop everything done by the book. I loved dealing with both the managers, that being , Joe and Steven wonderful , gentleman, Clean and willing to help and do anything to make me happy. They only want their customer to leave pleased . You will never compromise going there. HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR. !!!

I feel I just got lucky getting Manhasset Collision being they are a Geico shop, as well as other insurance companies. I was asked by my rep when reporting the accident what option I wanted out 3 options. One being I go after the other driver to fix my car or I use Geico to repair my car and use a auto repair shop I want or I use a Geico shop and have my car repaired there and a fully covered rental will be waiting for me there when I drop my car off . I took the 3rd pick and then was asked what zip code I gave Manhasset’s zip code. The rep told me I will be using Manhasset Collision I went the next morning and got my rental from Enterprise. Steven was my representative at Manhasset Collision. I was so pleased to arrive at a Autobody shop that was not a chop shop. The building is beautiful. The beautiful office is with two new black leather sofas for if u need to wait Steven introduced himself and was my representative thru the process. They called me twice a week to give me updates. They are completely transparent and with clarity I was told each process what had to be done. All new parts & tire and the part that needs to be welded was done by manufacturer suggested process given to them when they reach out .they have a specific area where this is done in there giant shop I did peak into the shop and saw the computer and welder and all the way in the back I saw the area where they paint. They have many spouts that let it the paint like fine in the factory when cars are assembled. I might add at the end of this process there was a slight problem on Sunday at 8:30am while I drove the car. I called a left a message Joe the other manager called a left his family Sunday morning and ran to my home. He test the car ran and got me a rented car. I also got a call from Steven. The had my car reclined and back to me early Monday morning When you use Manhasset Collision they tail the car before it is returned THEY GUARANTEE THE WORK THAT THEY DO FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR!!! For me that is huge in the past I’ve had work done and the paint cracked years later. In this shop, they guarantee and this will never happen. I can truly say I am very happy with Manhasset collision. I have already referred them my neighbor unfortunately got in an accident and I met somebody who also got in an accident and she is coming from Long Beach to Manhasset. It is easy to recommend people that you believe in. I believe Manhasset collision is capable of doing things the way I want them done the correct way.!! The crew at Manhasset Collision did an excellent job on my Jeep Liberty. They had to replace a stolen catalytic converter and the muffler, which was cut by the thief. They also mounted a cover plate over the new Cat to protect it going forward. I'm very happy with their work. Sincerely, John
