I am not sure how to rate my experience bc I do not know who this is mostly targeted at wether it is frontier collision or the geico rep. I never received a call letting me know the estimated time my car would be ready. So I decided to call back three days later to see if it was ready to find out it was. There was no communcation what so ever, which other times I was called by the geico representative.
