I will never go back there again. They stole my car battery replaced it with some old one they had. I called them for them to fix my car and they put my ORIGINAL BRAND NEW battery back in my car. They said it was “brand new” but yet I just brought my car 08/25, my battery had that exact date BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THERE SHOP and the battery they gave me had the same date ! The one they switched it out for had no date so they are thieves and liars. The woman receptionist has a nasty attitude and she’s a liar. I had a car rental with enterprise, I was told to drop the car rental specifically at this shop and they’ll check me out that way enterprise does not charge me. I told the lady and she claimed she did it WHEN SHE NEVER DID. I told enterprise same day so they know and I was charged for it because she never put it in the system! They had to refund my money. They also stole my bath and body works plug ins!

Upon arrival the gentleman who greeted me decided to go to another person who came well after me to assist although I was standing at the desk at the desk. Luckily, the gentleman also told him that I was pressed customer there not to mention lack of communication. I had to go to the office to see when my car would be ready very unprofessional front desk person I believe her name is Iris.
