This was hard for me to give considering I’ve had fam who recommended this spot because they’ve had cars worked on by you. I received my car back longer than what the estimated time of repair was, okay fine with that but would have been nice to get updates on my car. I had to call every time for an update that wasn’t accurate. Took a month and a half til I got my car back. Many things wrong when I got my car back- from missing screws, pieces that don’t fit properly to the car, pieces on my my trunk hanging open because the assembly back wasn’t proper and I guess the glue they used never stayed. My back up camera was not hooked up, there was a scratch on my front bumper. I had to go back to get my camera hooked back up because it was “loose”. It was just disappointing of the lack of attention to detail and just the process of post inspection and making sure everything was fine before giving it back to a customer.
