Personnel was very friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. Very good customer service that way. However I feel like I had to always follow up to keep track of the progress. After dropping off the car, I never received a call or any information on how long the repairs would take. The repairs went longer than my rental car was reserved for, and I had to follow up with the shop to get this resolved (I got charged on my card by the rental company, while it should have been insurance paying for it) I followed up in the afternoon of the day my car should have been fixed to see if it was done yet. All in all, very happy with the work, and the result, but I would have liked to see that someone would keep me posted on updates.
