I had an estimated time of 21 days. My car was there over a month so I had to deal with the insurance company about authorizing an extension on the rental. Also I received a notice the day the car was completed. A Friday morning. I would have thought they would know the day before to give you notice so you can set up getting the car. Especially since they’re closed on the weekend

There is a vibration to my car. The air conditioner doesn't work. The rear tire constantly loses air. Many scratches still on car. Bolts missing from door.

They took way too long to repair my car especially for the condition that they returned it to me. Every time I called it was going to be ready in a few days but that was not true.
