My visors were not placed back correctly, causing me to return to the shop on 8/13 for a quick remedy. On 8/14 my vehicle died an hour away from home, causing me to purchase a battery booster to safely get back. My local Subaru service department confirmed that a wire was not correctly tightened on the negative side of my battery. Had they not found that issue, my vehicle would have suffered further damages due to the shop's oversight where the battery was just installed December of 2025. I have made the manager, Robert, aware as of 8/20 via email.
