It looks like our deer strike never happened. G & O even rejected an aftermarket bumper with the wrong texture and arm-wrestled our insurance into paying for a genuine Subaru part, instead.

They're the best company and they went above and beyond, I wish more companies ran their business like G&O. AAA was the most disappointing and difficult part, they made a terrible situation worse!!! My claim adjuster was horrible, they lack of communication was astonishing, and he was deceitful about his total disregard of responsibility to inform me of the steps and procedures. He told me my car was a total loss and a different adjuster will be notifying me, to find out my car was not a total loss and no one notified me. Causing massive delays and loads frustration.
