Robert of G&O provided excellent customer service, including driving my newly repaired car down to the rental agency so that I could pick it up there. I felt that Robert really went the extra mile to make everything as convenient as possible for me. That was a sweetheart deal.

not only with the repairs but with the personal out reach inspite of the power outage impacting all of us in El Dorado county. G&O delivered the auto to my home with a full tank of gas because there was no way i could get gas where i live.

Thanks for cleaning the car--outside and inside! Everything was great and xcept for the confusion re: Pickup time. I understand that happened because State Farm has an auto-response system which does not react to the actual situation. It was not a problem for us , but could be for someone else or a future repair.
