Only complaint was that the rental was running when my husband picked it up. The nextorning, it took both of us a while to figure out that you needed to put your foot on the brake to start the car.

I had received a text explaining that the repair was on scheduled for completion 07/20/15. However when that time had come and went no one notified me of that fact. Then when I received a call I was was told the delay was due to the vehicle being detailed . And, that was the furthest thing from the truth. Although pleased the with work; I was not satisfied with the neglect put toward the detailing attempt.

Thank you for making being in a car accident such an easy and non-stressful experience. The staff and repairmen were all excellent and professional and the work was perfect. And theta t that they cleaned my car was a nice added touch!
