The repair was done in a timely fashion, and works correctly with the lowering/ raising of the mirror upon backing the car.. Color match was perfect. I hope I don’t need your services soon, but if I do I will be back.

The glass repairing process was relatively fast; However the time in which I had to wait for parts to be delivered left me with a car that had no window for about 2 weeks which opened me up to unnecessary risk, on top of that the agreed upon installation date for parts that I ordered was postponed for a day after waiting those 2 weeks. If a business agrees on a set date to repair something and it was paid for it’s their obligation to meet that agreement with the customer. Paul was an amazing help but the process needs to be more refined.

I brought my car in for repair and possible replacement of the driver’s side mirror. Paul carefully reviewed the damage, explained what needed to be done, and ordered only the necessary part. Within two days, the part arrived and the mirror was repaired at a very reasonable cost. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Auto Collision and Glass. They were professional, courteous, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
