Excellent work and service. Kevin was very professional, he answered all questions and kept me informed throughout the process. When I picked up the car I was pleasantly surprised to find the car had been washed and the interior wiped down.

From the time I called right after my accident in tears the receptionist was very calming and welcoming, told me to come right in no hesitation. The man who inspected my vehicle (I want to say Kevin) was very friendly, open about what I should expect

Repairs are fine, it took forever and I'm still waiting on a part I guess

There were a lot of extensions. Most of the time they called to let me know but I had already arranged rides and rental return so it was a really frustrating process. On the flip side, my car lapsed inspection while it was there and they did what they could to get it inspected for me and I really appreciated that.
