Everyone was great. The job turned out great. I do believe it took slightly longer than I initially thought it would however it was done by the date they told me it would be once I dropped it off.

I did speak with a representative from CarStar. Service and communication was great. Repairs were great and finished in a timely manner. The only comment I would make is the car was not detailed when picked up. There was a layer of film over dash, seats, floors, doors and vents. I took the car somewhere to get detailed and was advised that should have been done prior to pickup. I was told they would talk to he manager but have not heard anything back.
