I love the fast friendly customer service!! EVERY ONE is very nice... took time to greet me even if they were not working with me directly. Thats amazing customer service. Acknowledging when customers are present. Charlene is amazing ALL THE TIME!!! So pleasant and I can hear the smile in her voice over the phone!! She genuinely showed concerned and was really excited that I loved the work results. THIS is what collision repair companies need!!! Confidence and genuine support during the entire process.
