The communication about the repair from start to finish was excellent from EVERYONE we encountered. Kyle (Wheatfield) was excellent about making sure the tires were perfect and that the job was done right! He was very patient, polite, and explained exactly what was needed. This is my third time using gerber, and all have been through this location. The staff is incredibly caring, and the technicians are thorough and helpful. The communication is incredibly good. Notifications are given when work has started, and any updates are given in a timely manner. I know most people only leave negative reviews, but the service here was so good, I honestly felt compelled to leave a good one. 20/10 experience. Met and exceeded all expectations.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. When told about my situation being with one vehicle, they were very attentive and got the job done two days ahead of schedule. Their secretary Dawn is amazing!
