Had to bring my car back several times because the door lock didn't work. Got tired of bringing it in and gave up. Also, my turn signals don't work properly.

I would only ask to make sure there is adequate communication with your customer whether it be through text updates or phone calls. I was disappointed that I did not receive any relevant text updates. I was not properly updated on when my car would be finished. It took longer than expected. This is certainly il understandable but updates would have made it more comfortable. Thank you for the excellent quality or work performed on my vehicle.
