I had a small hole and slight crack to the front bumper on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited after a traffic incident. My insurance company suggested I take my vehicle to Gainesville Certified Collision Center. So I dropped off the car on Tuesday. Any employee I dealt with was very courteous. The premises are very neat and clean. Alonzo was the gentleman assigned to review the damage and provide the estimate. He was understanding and professional, and explained the process, addressed concerns and answered any questions I had via call/text in a timely manner. I was advised that my vehicle would be done sometime during the next week. I explained my financial situation and the inconvenience of not being able to get around to Alonzo. He understood my situation and assured me they will do their best to expedite the job without compromising the repair work. I received a call on Friday, telling me my vehicle was done and ready for pickup. The repair was completed in less than 72 hours. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked almost as new. Visually, they did a great job on the bumper repair and also washed my car! Overall, a great experience at Gainesville Certified Collision Center, especially if you don't like dealing with all that's involved in getting your damaged vehicle repaired. All the employees I encountered were polite, competent and professional. Thank you to, Alonzo and all involved in my vehicles repair. I would have given GCCC a rating of 10, but there was a small scratch on the gray molding surrounding the front grill, which I don't recall being there. I'm elderly and I just don't have the energy to investigate it.

I have recommended to friends. I’ve been here 3 times now over the years. I had to leave my truck over the seatbelt issue and return again that evening but my truck was repaired under warranty so I’m a satisfied customer.
