I would rather stand out front with a sign saying that this shop is not accountable and cannot repair proper repairs and will not stand behind their work

Well first thing I noticed when I seen my truck was the gaps in the hood and the hood was affected by the accident my antenna wasn't tightened and the quarter panel wasn't quite lined up he kept the manager kept trying to pass the bug he said and I quote" I have a lot of vehicles that come through here there is no way I can look at them all "and as a manager of the body shop that is unacceptable. When I got my truck back I noticed it was out of alignment and I looked at the paperwork and they said they did an alignment I took it back and they had to redo I noticed also that I have two different mirrors now one is auto darkening and one is not to help with the glare from high beams so now my peripheral vision is being affected at night and early in the morning when I talk to them about the hood not fitting they had every excuse to blame it on why it wasn't fitting instead of they didn't fix the hood then he took it back into the shop and said that they noticed the hinges were bent and because of the hood not fitting correctly now he showed me two dents on the front where it looks like they have forced it down with their hands and the hood is hitting the grill that they put in paint is already chipped also towards the back right side of the hood is chipped as well my inside of my Fender Wells the mud flaps or protectors whatever you want to call them we're not screwed down securely and now when I turn the tires grab them so I mean a rating of 4 is only due to the blending of the paint job that they did which was okay
