Thank you for the work on the car! I was glad to get the car back having been swept out. And I was glad how easy it was to interface with my insurance to get the work taken care of. But, I was also a bit disappointed with a number of things. The new tires were both simply replaced to the same wheels (both drivers side). The tires should have been rotated or moved to ensure the two new tires were on the same axel (ideally both at the back)- I had to do this later myself. The back door handle that was replaced sticks and clicks when you pull it and does not open smoothly. And the work took a lot longer than I would have expected, given the small amount of work. So, overall, I found the work adequate but a bit sloppy.

great employees who communicated well. I was slightly disappointed when Mike seemed to awkwardly dodge the question about why the new tires had been both put on the drivers side without considering moving them around appropriately. But everyone was polite
