The vehicle set in the parking lot for almost 1 month. Joe stated that they were backed up due to vivid and maybe I should pickup my vehicle and take someone else after having it for a week.

I asked for an oil change and for the spare tire to be tightened. Neither thing was done, even though I was told it would be. (The spare needed to be tightened after having it the Galeana’s service center a few months ago)
