When I arrived at the collision center on 4/8/19 to drop my car off the gentlemen that sits in the front glass office completely ignored me. Never once did he say we will be with you in a moment or let me find someone to help you. I wasnt helped until a person from the back waled by and informed the person in the next office that I was in the lobby and hadn't been helped.
