Again, I recommend the staff being more friendly. Acknowledge clients or at least say hello and not ignore. I found this to be rude but times are different.

I waited for a call to let me know my parts were in but never got a call. I called in 3 different times checking on them. I was told no they weren't in. But the third time I asked if we were waiting for all or some of the parts. Then I was told, well yes they were in. Then I was told it would be 2 months before I could get a loaner. 2 months?????

You kept me informed on the progress to the end of completion. Car was complete pretty quick. My only complaint was you didn’t have a courtesy car for me to drive for the almost 2 weeks that my car was being repaired
