I'm ok with the body shop service but when I took my vehicle to the body shop I mentioned the rust on my right rear door I was at that time my vehicle was covered 100000 mile rust and corrosion nothing has been done for me on the door. This was the first time there for deer accident I've been there 3 different times for deer accidents they tell me nothing can be done wondering why after all I was under warranty the first time there

Overall, very good work. Estimate process was very professional. Main issue is the gap in pick up and lack of after 5 hours. Would have thought that they would have noticed the non working fog light

Email that car was ready for pick up came Monday morning but the car was not actually ready to pick up until Tuesday. when I called to inquire, the lady who answered the phone was not very friendly. The 24 hour wait forced me to rearrange ride schedules. The body shop closes at five which makes it very difficult to get there due to my job however, a gentleman there was very good about working with me to get the car picked up. He was very customer service friendly.
