My car looks amazing after the amount of body damage I had. I'm very happy with the work done. However I am disappointed in the customer service. They had my car for over 2 months and never was I reached out with updates I always had to be the one calling to get an update. Two weeks and no update is too long, let me know if you're waiting on parts or if you're overwhelmed with a lot of vehicles to fix. I can be understanding. Getting a loaner was ridiculous. Good customer service would mean I don't need to demand a loaner after you've had my car a month and a half.

I would recommend the collision shop, not so much the repair shop. After doing some research, I discovered that I pay a huge fee to have the off side front end repaired to the same condition as the insurance repair. The cost of parts for one side was equal to what I would have paid for both.
